Positrol Designs Allow More Aggressive Machining

Positrol workholding devices compensate for the imperfections, taper, and chips. Multi-point jaws or collets can be serrated or fitted with grippers to improve clamping force and decrease lobbing.

Pullback action provides added stability and maintains overall length. Many chucks have thru spindle coolant and air sensing capability. Positrol chucks are designed to maintain the maximum rpm without losing gripping force.
